My Vintage Jewelry Box Site Policies

I accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Every purchase includes free shipping and free luxury gift wrapping.
I ship most orders by USPS Priority mail or USPS Ground Advantage depending upon your region.
All purchases $ 200 or more require signature confirmation.

My return policy is simple. Upon receipt of your order, take 3 days to inspect your purchases.
If you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact me right away.

All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of delivery according to the USPS receipt of delivery.

All returns must include the original unbroken or unworn items and also be returned in their jewelry presentation boxes. Please pack the item as it was shipped to you for proper insulation and protection. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.

Upon receipt of return, if return is in proper order, you will be issued a full refund minus 15% per order for restocking costs. There is a standard $5 charge for each unreturned jewelry box.
Items that are damaged, broken, or not the original item will not be refunded.
